We had a very nice stay in this classy hotel. The staff was high quality, helped a lot. The service was all in all good. We received ironing for free, a nice bonus. It was based in lovely old fashioned building in a lovely location, in the bar area or the lounge area.
Some of the staff were drunk.

We where provided with the double room and the breakfast was marvelous, It had pleasant views onto the garden. The location couldn't be more particularly good in walking distance of pier. The service was incredible, totally satisfied.
Not very comfortable bathroom, and the breakfast was cold.

Exceptional place with especially helpful and attentive staff especially the Receptionist, enjoyed it. The rooms were well-appointed and brand-new and the location was convenient. Besides, The Cavern Club was just 1 km away.

The venue is quaint, it offers lovely breakfast and has magnificent location just off as were the staff, Boscombe which has a lovely garden that winds down to the beach and shops. The room is spotless, and the staff is fairly friendly. A nice touch is also the complementary beverages in the downstairs bar.

Its a really pretty hotel with good services for travelling to Bournemouth. Exceptionally comfortable beds, large room. Amazing, beautiful location in Boscombe district very close to Boscombe which has a lovely garden that winds down to the beach and pier, the centre and the lovely beaches, and good walk away from Shops. The à la carte restaurant on the premises.

The staff is very amiable, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is magnificent really close to the main overcrowded main Bournemouth beach, the Langtry Manor and restaurants in Southbourne. The rooms are brand-new and extremely pleasant, with a lounge, a phone, and coffee. It offers very good service. The downstairs bar makes the warm drinks.
